Found a new website, iheartfaces.blogspot.com, where you can find lots of great info about photography. They also have contests each week. I normally wouldn't enter a photo contest, but it seems like it might be fun. AND...I knew I had the perfect picture of Addy for this week's theme...POUTING.

I think every little girl I know loves it, so this year we decided to make Aubrey's FIFTH birthday super-PINKALICIOUS! I was going to plan a big party with the little kids from her class, but she said that all she really wanted was three of her friends to come to her house for a playdate. Easy enough! Gotta love that kid. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the party. Enjoy!

update on little squirt...

Just like the other two, he or she prefers to grow in my rear-end....which will probably cause me to outgrow my regular jeans soon! :) Here I am at 12 weeks pregnant....I haven't forgotten about you, squirt! I think I am out of the first trimester exhaustion stage because I really started feeling more like myself yesterday. I had so much energy that I cleaned most of the day (and my mom knows was a pretty hefty job). Today I feel awesome, and the girls and I have been out on the town the majority of the day. I had an appointment between 10 and 11 weeks, and I took Aubrey with me. We heard the heartbeat, which was around 150 beats per minute. I did not, however, have an ultrasound, and I was totally bummed about that. I was hoping Aubrey could've seen that done. Anyway, it seems like everything is right on track. It has been a pretty easy pregnancy so far, and I have to say that I feel very lucky to have such awesome, low maintenance pregnancies.

He is about to graduate (on time) from Arizona State, and he has been working his little butt off at a golf course out there while taking 18 hours this semester. He is really grown up! I know he will be successful in anything he chooses to do, and I can't wait to see what he has up his sleeve! :) Happy Birthday Chad!

QUESTION.....

If you could live ANYWHERE in the Austin area, where would you live and why? Dave and I are having a hard time with this major life decision.

Good idea from my friend, Carrie...add more details...
Dave will be working at the new S&W hospital on 1431 (behind the outlet mall). However, he says he doesn't mind time in the car so he can wind down after work. Plus, he would be beating the traffic in the mornings, most likely. I will eventually return to teaching or something in the school setting, but not anytime soon.

This may come as a shock, but tomorrow will be the FIRST time my mom has ever flown by herself. I am so proud. She finally conquered her fear of flying, and she is coming to see us! She will be here in about 18 hours, not that I'm counting....

sick, sick, sick

I am sick. It started as a cold, but now I am achy and tired, and I couldn't even stand up in the shower this morning without feeling like I had to puke. I was literally seeing stars until I finally just sat down in the shower and let the water run on my back. This is horrible! I am NEVER sick! Never ever! And I sure was never sick during my other two pregnancies. I just hope my little munchkin handles the stress ok! And keep my other two in your thoughts today, because those poor babies are being neglected. I haven't been able to get off the couch all morning! Aubrey even made breakfast! Of course, they want to be right next to me, so I hope they don't end up getting sick too!

The current temp is now 70 degrees! We have been outside ALL afternoon!! It's fabulous!

so many thoughts, so little organization...

Excuse the random thoughts and lack of correct grammar...

So, I have obviously been neglecting my blog. It's amazing that I really don't feel like I do much in a day's time, but for some reason I run out of time for all the things I want to do...anyway, I was excited today when I looked at my baby ticker on the right and it looked more like a baby than a blob. :) 9 weeks pregnant today...seems like it's actually going by rather quickly.

I'm super pumped that it's March! My mom surprised me last week by telling me that she is coming to visit March 12-23. So, she'll be here for my 29th birthday and Aubrey's birthday party. I can't believe my first born will be 5 this month!! Where does the time go?

The weather outside is beautiful today! It's sunny and 51 right now, and I am LOVING it! I didn't even need to wear a jacket this morning when I dropped Aubrey off at school.

Dave made me watch this You Tube post about this guy, Stephen Fowler, last night. He was on WifeSwap and was a total D!cK to his pretend wife. I mean, he was horrible! If you have time, look it up and watch how incredibly rude that guy was! I couldn't even go to sleep last night because I was so appalled by his behavior! Apparently I wasn't the only one who thought he was horrible because he's been getting death threats over his appearance. I say it serves him right!

Addy and I try to go to the gym most days, and she loves going so she can play with her friends there. We asked her who all she loved the other day, and she listed Aubrey first, and then "all her people at the gym". It was hilarious. Yesterday I was asking her if she had a fun time at the gym, and she said yes. She then said that she "loves all her new mommies at the gym". I laughed so hard! There are usually 3-4 women in there working at a time, so I guess she thinks they are all her mommies! :)

I couldn't believe they brought back Tatiana on American Idol last night! Or Vaughn...I was like, what?? There were better singers and more likable people left in that wild card bunch! Oh well.

My goal is to resume normal blogging next week, including Random Pic Wednesdays! I am going to try hard to get the wireless working again on my laptop! I hope everyone has an awesome weekend!
